• The Atmann mobile application (iOS and Android)

• All related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services")

To use Atmann Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If using Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., corporate wellness), you represent authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Creating Your Account

When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Account Restrictions

• One account per person (no duplicates)
• Accounts are non-transferable
• You may not use another person's account
• We may suspend accounts for violations

Limitations

• AI assessments are for informational purposes only

• AI recommendations should not be the sole basis for decisions
• Human practitioners provide the actual healing services

Your Responsibilities

• Consult Healthcare Providers: Always consult qualified medical professionals for health concerns
• Continue Medical Treatment: Never discontinue medical treatment without professional advice
• Disclose Conditions: Inform practitioners of relevant medical conditions
• Emergency Situations: Contact emergency services (not Atmann) for medical emergencies

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Wellness outcomes vary by individual. We make no guarantees about results from any services provided through our platform.

📋 User Conduct

When using Atmann, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or extract data without permission
• Circumvent platform fees by contacting practitioners externally
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Promote competing services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Consequences: Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

🙏 Practitioner Terms

If you register as a practitioner, additional terms apply:

Verification Requirements

• Submit accurate credentials, certifications, and lineage
• Complete our verification process before offering services
• Maintain valid certifications throughout platform use
• Comply with all applicable professional regulations

Service Standards

• Provide services with professionalism and integrity
• Honor scheduled appointments or provide timely notice
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Adhere to the Atmann Code of Conduct
• Never make false claims about healing abilities
• Refer users to medical professionals when appropriate

Legal Status

Practitioners are independent contractors, not Atmann employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licenses, and compliance with local laws.

Commission & Fees

Practitioners agree to the fee structure in the separate Practitioner Agreement, including service commissions and payment processing fees.

💳 Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

• Payments processed through secure third-party providers
• Prices displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified
• Session prices set by individual practitioners
• Platform fees may apply for certain features

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund (or as per practitioner policy)
• No-show: No refund
• Practitioner cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling

Refund Requests

Refunds may be issued for:

• Technical issues preventing session completion
• Practitioner no-shows
• Verified service quality concerns (case-by-case basis)

Submit refund requests within 7 days to support@atmann.ai. Processing takes 5-10 business days.

©️ Intellectual Property

Atmann's Property

The Services, including design, features, content, logos, trademarks, and AI algorithms, are owned by Atmann and protected by intellectual property laws. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission
• Use our trademarks without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer or extract source code/AI models
• Create derivative works from our content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, feedback, messages). By submitting content, you grant Atmann a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by Atmann without compensation or attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATMANN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months prior
• Any harm resulting from practitioner services
• Content or conduct of any third party
• Any wellness outcomes or results

Third-Party Services

Atmann is not responsible for actions, content, or services of independent practitioners or third-party providers.

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atmann, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content submitted to the platform

🚫 Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to Services will end immediately
• Pending sessions may be cancelled
• Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy

Termination by Atmann

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a risk to users or the platform
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Abuse or harass practitioners or users

Effect of Termination

Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt amicable resolution
2. Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to good-faith mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

Jurisdiction

Legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts of New Delhi, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

📝 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• Material changes will be notified via email and/or in-app
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
